Shipping & Return Policy

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic Cecilia Renee Company Ltd. will not be accepting returns of any used cosmetic or clothing products as it presents a health risk.

However, if you receive an order and the items you received are incorrect, you may return the unused & unopened products by mail for a full refund.

PRE-ORDER: All 'Pre-Orders' placed have a processing time of 7-10 business days prior to being shipped out. This means any pre-orders placed on the 1st of the month will be shipped out on the 7th or 10th, etc.

SHIPPING: Depending on which shipping option you selected, please assume your item will arrive to you by that estimated time of arrival. If you are noticing large delays in your order please contact ccc3cii@gmail.com for immediate assistance.

RETURN BY MAIL 

WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU RETURN ALL PRODUCTS UNOPENED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH THEY WERE DELIVERED VIA CANADA POST AND THAT YOU SEND YOUR RETURN VIA CANADA POST FOR YOUR PROTECTION AND TO ENSURE PROMPT DELIVERY. WE APOLOGIZE, HOWEVER WE DO NOT PROVIDE SHIPPING LABELS AND RETURN SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDED. ­­
